My favorite dish from Chef Maria was her famous Ceviche, which she kindly customized for me with fresh orange juice. She has a passion for food that I've never experienced or seen before she truly cooks from her heart and it's evident in her dishes. The best food I have ever, ever had came from her kitchen. Actually, lovely doesn't even begin to describe Chef Maria. To top it all off, the restaurant on site was just a few steps away from our patio where we met the lovely Chef Maria Klimi. Designed in a simple yet chic Greecian way, the room was the perfect reflection of Paros Island. The bright white walls and beautiful canopy bed made the whole space so relaxing and inviting. The suite we stayed in was just as beautiful as the rest of the grounds, equipped with a kitchen, bathtub, king size bed, and a private patio overlooking the ocean and pool. The rest of the staff was just as lovely, helping us to our room, showing us the grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed and more to feel comfortable. From the photos above you can tell Nana takes pride in her space and not a detail has been left out. She runs the hotel and is such a hoot, she had us laughing as soon as we walked in the door. We were greeted by the lovely Nana and her two precious dogs upon arrival. The views are absolutely breathtaking as you can see above and that's just one of the many perks of this little oasis. Just a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride from the Paros Port, Paros Palace sits on the side of a hill overlooking the ocean and the mountains nearby. We arrived to this paradise after a crazy two days of travel and were absolutely exhausted (thanks to the oh so wonderful Deutsche Bahn, *rolls eyes*). Paros Palace set the bar high (like really, really high) for the rest of our trip in Greece.
